to the people who thinks hes a Spacemarine and "serves the emperor" have you seen the marks and the object's that Indicates hes a Chaos spacemarine 'maybe ' ? 1. Spacemarine do not have a Mark of Chaos on they faces , 2. Chaos spacemarines do usual have spikes on the armor(shoulder or chest , etc) or weaponry, 3. After what i can see, on hes armor paint it looks like he's a Khorn marine maybe ,Warhammer 40k was created before Starcraft and WoW + hes a Chaos space marine from wh40k
But except for the Bolter, the weird predator tank on the right, the drop pods and the wierd looking ornate power pack on his back. There isn't anything familiar about the picture. This could just as easily have been another setting.
The Purity Seals have no religious texts written on them. The weird Eagle on his left arm only has one head. The Imperial Aquila has two heads. All post heresy chapters have the Imperial Aquila on their Chest. Pre heresy, the imperial Aquila was only granted for use to the Emperor's Children Legion and a few dozen Marines from different Legions who earned it by deeds. The open book with an Angel holding a sword isn't a Imperial icon. The Dark Angels are the only ones who use something even remotely looking.
Some people have said Blood Angel, Word Bearer, World Eater. First of all there isn't any icons or symbols representing the chapter and the two traitor legions. Pre and Post heresy. the World Eaters(Mouth Eating a World) were white and blue and the Word Bearers(Open book with a Flame in the middle) were dark green/black. Post Heresy both the Word Bearers(Eight pointed star with demon head in the middle) and the World Eaters(Mouth Eating a World with eight Pointed star of Chaos behind) have red color schemes.
The Blood Angels have blood drops with or without Wings. The Blood Angels used blood-red colors both pre and post heresy.
Also some people wrote Librarian. Well pre and post heresy librarian's power armour is blue colored with the chapter icon on the left shoulder pad and a horned skull (the symbol of the Librarium) on the right. Also there isn't a psychic hood incorporated into his psychic hood. The hood's cables tap into implants in the brain and amplify their psychic power.
Some have said its a Chaos Marine. Well again the icons and symbols goes against it. If it were a Marine just turned chaos. Then he would have removed/defaced the imperial icons(in this case he doesn't have any imperial icons to begin with) on his power armour faster than you could say "Horus is dead". The circle with six straight lines sticking out, is a poor eight pointed star of chaos.
